Rejoes opens new store at Marktstraat in ’s-Hertogenbosch
| Real estate investor Altera, on behalf of the Altera Retail Fund, has signed a long-term lease with Rejoes for the retail premises at Marktstraat 6 in the centre of ’s-Hertogenbosch. Occupying approximately 666 m² of gross floor area (GFA), the new store features 314 m² of retail space at ground-floor level and 352 m² of retail and storage space on the first floor. Rejoes will offer second-hand vintage fashion and related merchandise in line with its well-established Rejoes concept at the new location.
The arrival of Rejoes brings renewed activity to a prominent retail space in ’s-Hertogenbosch city centre, resulting in full occupancy of the complex on Marktstraat. Rejoes’ new store opening underscores the location’s appeal to innovative retail concepts. Rejoes’ rapid growth is driven by increasing demand for circular fashion and sustainable consumption. Its concept is well aligned with evolving consumer preferences, in which affordability, quality and sustainability are becoming ever more important factors.
