Altera publishes 2024 Annual Report on its website
| Real estate investor Altera, on behalf of the Altera Retail Fund, has reached agreement with retail chain HEMA to open a new branch in Westwijk local shopping centre in Amstelveen. The 407 m2 store opened its doors on 24 April.
HEMA’s arrival represents a valuable boost to Westwijk’s retail profile. The new store provides a welcome addition to the existing retail mix and enhances the vibrancy of the centre. In addition to fulfilling this role, HEMA also fills the vacancy left by Blokker. Local shopping centre Westwijk offers consumers everything from daily groceries, fresh products and household items, to fashion and a wide range of speciality shops. It is home to an appealing mix of national chains and local shops. Ample parking is available in the vicinity of the shopping centre. This combination makes it a strong neighbourhood shopping centre in an attractive market area.
