Altera receives B Corp™ certification during PROVADA 2026
Real estate investor Altera has secured German retailer Ernsting’s family as a new tenant for the Gouweplein shopping centre. Ernsting’s family is a successful fashion brand for the whole family, with approximately 2,000 stores in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The arrival of this popular brand will enable the shopping centre to further expand its fashion range and boost its appeal as an attractive shopping experience for the whole family.
The Ernsting’s family store will be located on the Promenade, in a retail unit covering 232 m² GFA, and will offer a wide range of fashion and accessories for the whole family. Providing high-quality products at surprisingly affordable prices is the underlying principle of the company, which strives for the continuous development of new distribution channels and sales locations with a social and ecological sense of responsibility. The official opening is scheduled for June.
