Altera welcomes Duco de Wit as Acquisition Manager Residential

Real estate investor Altera Management B.V. is pleased to announce the appointment of Duco de Wit to the role of Acquisition Manager Residential, effective 1 September 2025.

Duco joins Altera from Elfi, where he was Transaction Manager. Prior to that, he held various roles at CBRE IM, including in the transaction team and as part of the portfolio management team. In his last position, he was involved in the launch of a pan-European residential impact fund and he assisted with acquisitions in Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and the UK.

At Altera, Duco will focus on driving the further expansion and revitalisation of the residential portfolio of the Altera Residential Fund. His appointment is consistent with the growth of the residential portfolio and is in line with the increasing volume of assets managed on behalf of Dutch and international institutional investors.
