Altera enters into contracts with two new tenants for Zwolle Zuid

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter: Altera) has agreed a lease with Jensen Family Shop for approximately 313 sq. m. at Van der Capellenstraat 242. Jensen is a Frisian chain with multiple shops in the major towns in Friesland, as well as Dalfsen and Dronten, and is now further expanding to Flevoland and Overijssel. The brand focuses on affordable clothing for the entire family.

Altera has also signed a contract with Barbershop Said for a rental space measuring 81 sq. m. at Patriottenlaan number 4.

About Zwolle Zuid

The Zwolle Zuid shopping centre is a modern convenience shopping centre with shops including Lidl, Albert Heijn, Kruidvat and Action. The shopping centre provides for the needs of a neighbourhood with a primary catchment area of 30,000 residents. The greening of the public spaces both on the outside of the shopping centre and at the entrances, was the first step in making the shopping centre more sustainable. Later this year, several shops will have their fronts replaced and some will also be fitted with HR++ glass.
