Altera strengthens its retail portfolio with the acquisition of Ronde Erf shopping centre in Veenendaal
Real estate investor Altera has announced, on behalf of Altera Retail Fund, that Wibra, the well-known Dutch retail chain selling household goods, textiles and cleaning products, will soon open its doors in Toolenburg shopping centre in Hoofddorp.
The arrival of Wibra will boost and diversify the range of shops in Toolenburg, enabling the centre to be responsive to the needs of a wide audience in the neighbourhood and surrounding area. The prominent location of the new shop in the shopping centre will foster the pull and liveliness of the area.
