Altera and Koopmans Onderhoud B.V. sign agreement for technical maintenance of Retail portfolio

Altera, on behalf of the Altera Retail Fund, signed a cooperation agreement with Koopmans Onderhoud B.V. on the second day of PROVADA. This collaboration marks the next phase in improving the professional standards of technical management for the Retail portfolio.

The  partnership formally commences on 1 July 2025 and covers corrective, planned and project-based maintenance. Additionally, fault reports are logged and managed through the Proprli digital platform , enhancing both transparency and efficiency in this process.
