Willem van Rheenen joins Altera as Data Engineer

Real estate investment manager Altera Management B.V. (“Altera”) has strengthened its Digital and IT team with the appointment of Willem van Rheenen. Willem joined Altera as a Data Engineer on 1 July, having previously held the same position at DDBM formerly known as Nimbus Intelligence.

The expansion of the team marks another step in the implementation of Altera’s digital strategy. Altera is making targeted investments in a robust and scalable data platform and in further improving the quality, availability and usability of data across the organisation.

This digital foundation enables Altera to further digitalise its processes, make smarter use of data, and apply the potential of AI and other emerging technologies in a responsible and effective manner. In doing so, technology not only contributes to more efficient operations, but also enables better insights and decision-making and further enhances the services Altera provides to investors and other stakeholders.

Willem’s appointment strengthens Altera’s in-house expertise and execution capabilities, supporting the further delivery of its digital ambitions.
