Reduction of CO₂ emissions and energy savings for Altera Retail Fund in 2024
Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (Altera) has let 685 m² of retail space at the Sint Jorisplein shopping centre in Amersfoort to Scapino. The retail unit will be delivered to Scapino in September 2024 and the store is expected to open its doors on 10 October 2024. A long-term lease has been agreed with the tenant.

The Sint Jorisplein shopping centre is the ideal starting point for a day’s shopping in the historic centre of Amersfoort.
