Jaap van der Bijl
: “GRESB allows us to evaluate and compare our strategy and the results we have achieved. Over the last 13 years, we have been participating in the GRESB benchmark with our funds. The 2024 results have once again confirmed that Altera has been making a valuable contribution for many years and we are very proud of this fact. Our strategy focuses on achieving returns in two ways: financially and with respect to ESG.
We are committed to developing sustainable buildings and making existing real estate more sustainable, while at the same time creating value for all our stakeholders: our investors, our tenants and society as a whole.”
